Holiday in Samarinda
Last school holidays, I spent with vacation to Samarinda for 10 days. but My mother did not want to come, I went only with My father, approximately 12 hours drive from our house in Brebes. First trip, My father and I went by bus to the terminal Kampung Rambutan, on the way, the bus we rode broke the tire. How lucky we all survived. And it takes 2 hours to replace the broken bus wheel. After 6 hours drive by bus. We arrived at the terminal Kampung Rambutan. Arriving in terminal Kampung rambutan My father and I heading to airport soekarno hatta by bus DAMRI travel for 2 hours because a little bit stuck. Arriving at the airport soekarno hatta we were rushed to depart by plane Lion Air. But the plane we ride has a delay of about 90 minutes. After the plane came we flew directly to Balikpapan to travel approximately 2 hours.
Arriving at Balikpapan airport we are looking for our stuffs who are in baggage plane. After our stuffs was found. My dad and I rushed out from Balikpapan airport.After arriving at the exit turns out My father and I have been waited by my brother, aunt and my niece to pick up I headed to Samarinda. During our trip we talked in the car. On the way we stopped at the restaurant to just eat snacks and drink coffee. After the break we continue the journey to Samarinda. travel to Samarinda approximately 4 hours drive by car from Balikpapan airport.
Arriving at my aunt's house, at 04.00 WITA. my dad and I slept for rest. after we woke up and breakfasted many families and neighbors who came to kneel kam until the night. Just talk and talk. On the second day My father and I went to my uncle's house and my other aunt across the village. To stay in touch. There I ate typical Samarinda food of various kinds of fish, and lecture.
On the third day My father and I, my aunt's, uncle and my nephew went to my other uncle's house which is in Kajang village where the Kajang village is located above the river. home residents were made using Borneo wood built on the river. In front of the river there are so many ships that haul coal. There also we stay in touch and eat typical food Kajang village. On my 4th to 8th day of my holiday trip My father and I was just to stay in touch with my family, uncles, aunts, siblings and nephews.
On the 9th daya My father and I invited my brother and my uncle went to Mulawarman Museum in Kutai there I saw many objects historic Dayak tribe or other tribe that exist in east Kalimantan after I go to museum mulawarman my next trip to the Islamic Center Samarinda . There I can see mosque is very large and take pictures there and run my prayer maghrib in mosque Islamic Center Samarinda.
Not feel was already on our 10th day in Samarinda My father and I prepare our goods to return home to our home in Brebes. I was given a lot by my uncle, aunt and my brother and my family in Samarinda. Although sad because they have to split up again. It was a fun holiday this time. I can not wait to Samarinda again with My father, mother and brother at a later time
On the way home we were escorted by my uncle and brother. On the way we stopped at the restaurant to buy Sumedang tofu and take a break because our journey from Samarinda to Balikpapan airport takes 4 hours. Arriving at the Balikpapan airport I said goodbye to my brother, uncle and aunt to return home to our home in Brebes. After everything was done we headed into the airport. Our plane also experiencing delay for 1 hour. When finished we rushed to the plane to return to Soekarno Hatta airport. And back to our home in Brebes.
The days seem to run very fast there. Those days were great fun spending time with family, and visiting my Uncle, aunt, brother, and niece's house while keeping in touch. I really enjoy the time is quite short time. Not feel any holiday passed quickly. The last holiday experience in Samarinda was impressive to me.
